Email [email protected]. Include the tool name, browser, device, the action you tried, and what happened after preview or export. Most PDF issues can be explained without sending the private document itself.

Please do not email tax forms, IDs, contracts, bank statements, medical files, signed documents, or other sensitive PDFs unless a non-sensitive sample is specifically requested.

Common reasons to contact us

  • A PDF tool is not processing a supported file correctly.
  • A downloaded result looks different from the preview.
  • A mobile, tablet, or desktop workflow feels confusing.
  • You found a broken page, typo, accessibility issue, or unclear instruction.
  • You have a privacy, advertising, copyright, or policy question.

Safe examples

If a sample is useful, use a test PDF with fake names and fake numbers. Screenshots are usually enough for visual layout, button behavior, mobile spacing, or export wording problems.

What to include

A helpful support note names the exact tool, the device type, the browser, the file type, the option selected, and the downloaded result you expected. For example, tell us whether the issue happened in Merge PDF, Add Text, Fill and Sign, Images to PDF, PDF to Images, Metadata Cleaner, or another QuickerConvert workspace.

If the problem involves a file limit, mention the approximate page count and file size. If the problem involves mobile layout, mention the phone or tablet model and whether the issue happens in light theme, dark theme, portrait view, or landscape view.
