Terms of Use

These terms explain the basic rules for using QuickerConvert, browser tools, and QuickerConvert for Windows. By using the site, you agree to use the tools responsibly and review any output before relying on it.

Last updated: July 18, 2026. These terms focus on file handling, export review, local processing, advertising, and responsible document use.

Acceptance

If you do not agree with these terms or the privacy policy, do not use the site or its tools. These terms apply to public pages, tool landing pages, browser workspaces, and QuickerConvert for Windows workflows.

Use of the tools

QuickerConvert provides document utilities for everyday work such as merging, splitting, organizing, converting, signing, annotating, cleaning metadata, and preparing files for download. You are responsible for choosing the right tool, checking settings, and reviewing output files before sharing, printing, archiving, or submitting them.

Local processing limits

Supported browser workflows run in the tab, and accurate desktop workflows use QuickerConvert for Windows on the same device. Very large, encrypted, damaged, scripted, password-protected, XFA-only, or unusual files may fail, process slowly, or produce results that need manual review. Browser memory, device speed, mobile operating system limits, and local app availability can affect the result.

Acceptable use

Acceptable use means you should only process files you own, control, or have permission to use. Do not use QuickerConvert to infringe rights, bypass access controls, hide unlawful activity, distribute malware, create deceptive documents, or process files that you are not allowed to handle.

Output review

PDF output can vary across viewers, printers, browsers, and file types. Before relying on a downloaded result, check page order, text, signatures, links, image quality, metadata, form fields, page size, and any security settings that matter for your workflow.

Privacy and file handling

QuickerConvert is designed to reduce unnecessary uploads by running supported workflows on your device. This does not remove your responsibility to handle sensitive files carefully and keep original files backed up before editing copies.

Advertising and outside links

Public pages may include advertising, analytics, outside links, fonts, browser APIs, or embedded policy links. Advertising partners and linked websites may have their own terms and privacy practices. Active document workspaces may use different browser security settings than public content pages so file tools can run correctly.

No professional advice

The tools help with document formatting, conversion, privacy review, and visual editing. They do not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, compliance, archival, accessibility, or official filing advice.

Intellectual property and third-party notices

The QuickerConvert name, interface, written content, illustrations, and site structure belong to QuickerConvert or its licensors. License and attribution information for included third-party software and assets is available in the third-party notices.

Availability and warranty

QuickerConvert may change, add, remove, or improve tools over time. The site and tools are provided as available, and no tool is guaranteed to work perfectly for every document, browser, operating system, mobile device, or network condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, QuickerConvert is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the tools, incorrect settings, unreviewed output, unsupported files, browser failures, linked websites, advertising providers, or decisions made from documents processed on the site.
