Use Fill Real PDF Fields when the PDF already contains actual AcroForm fields, such as intake packets, applications, internal templates, and fillable paperwork.

The tool is different from visual form filling: it writes values into real PDF fields where they exist, then can optionally flatten the completed answers into the page.
