The workspace uses thumbnails so you can scan the document visually before exporting a corrected PDF copy.

How it works

  1. Open the Organize PDF Pages workspace.
  2. Add your PDF and wait for page thumbnails.
  3. Reorder, rotate, duplicate, delete, extract, or preview selected pages.
  4. Export the cleaned PDF copy.

Processing and original-file safety

Supported PDF pages are previewed and rearranged locally in the browser. Reorder, rotate, delete, insert, and extract actions are applied when a new PDF copy is exported.

The organizer never overwrites the source. Keep the original until the reordered copy, inserted pages, and page rotations have been checked.

Tested limits and output tradeoffs

Enforced limits

  • Files are limited to 100 MB each and the shared workspace accepts up to 100 files, 300 MB combined, and 750 pages.
  • Thumbnail rendering can become the practical limit before the hard ceiling on phones or image-heavy scans.

What the output may change

  • Page organization changes page-level structure, not words or images inside an existing page.
  • Printed page numbers, written cross-references, bookmarks, and a table of contents are not automatically rewritten after reordering.

Troubleshooting

  • Switch to list view on a small screen when drag targets are crowded.
  • If previews are slow, remove unneeded files or split an image-heavy packet into shorter sections.
  • Review inserted blank pages and page rotations in preview before exporting the final copy.

Desktop and phone notes

  • Touch dragging, compact rows, and a mobile action footer are provided for phone-sized screens.
  • Desktop grid view is preferable for visually checking many pages at once.

Common questions

Can I rotate one page without rotating the whole PDF?

Yes. Select the page or pages that need rotation before export.

Can I delete pages and keep the rest?

Yes. Delete unwanted pages and export a new PDF copy with the remaining pages.

Does organizing fix scan quality?

No. It fixes order and page-level layout. A blurry scan will still be blurry.
