Clean Metadata edits common document information and selected hidden surfaces in the browser. Deep Privacy Copy renders pages into a new image-based PDF to discard more original structure.

Both modes create a new file. Keep the original if selectable text, forms, links, bookmarks, accessibility, or later editing may be needed.

• Deep Privacy Copy is constrained by page rendering, dimensions, total decoded pixels, and available browser memory rather than file size alone.

• Clean mode cannot guarantee removal of every unusual object history, incremental revision, producer-specific field, or visible private detail.
• Deep Privacy Copy removes structure more aggressively but loses selectable text, links, forms, vector sharpness, and accessibility structure.
